How does it work?

Each session begins with a brief consultation to tailor treatment to your needs, followed by focused bodywork designed to relieve pain, improve mobility, and support recovery. After session, we review aftercare, handle payment securely, and leave you to relax and enjoy the results—in the comfort of your home.

Do you travel to my area?
We currently service multiple cities throughout the Valley, including Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley. Join our Stay EnTouch email list to be notified as we expand into additional areas.


Where should the therapist park?  

Please provide safe, accessible parking as close to the entrance as possible to allow for efficient transport of equipment. If there are specific parking instructions, gate codes, or access details, we recommend sharing those ahead of time.


How much space is needed for setup?  

We recommend a clear area of approximately 4 feet by 7 feet—about the size of a yoga mat, with a little extra room. This allows space for the massage table and for the therapist to move safely and effectively around it to deliver the best therapeutic results.


I have pets—do they need to be put away?  

For safety and to maintain a calm treatment environment, we ask that pets be secured in another room during the session. This helps prevent interruptions, protects therapists with allergies or sensitivities, and allows you to fully relax.


What should I wear and how should I prepare?  

Because we come to you, preparation is simple. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing such as lounge wear, pajamas, or a robe before and after your session. During treatment, you will be appropriately draped at all times to ensure comfort, privacy, and professionalism.


What is your cancellation policy?  

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.  

- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% service charge.  

- Same-day cancellations are subject to the full session fee.  

This policy helps us protect our therapists’ schedules and travel time.


Can I book a session for two people?  

Yes. Many clients choose to schedule one therapist to work with each person consecutively, which is ideal for homes with limited setup space. If space allows and scheduling requires it, two therapists may be booked to provide sessions simultaneously.


Do you accept last-minute bookings?  

Availability may occasionally allow for short-notice appointments, and we are always happy to check. Members receive priority scheduling and are the first to be notified of openings or cancellations, increasing the likelihood of securing same-day or next-day sessions.
