1. Application Review  

Submit your resume and license information. We review your experience, therapeutic approach, and availability for mobile work.

2. Introductory Conversation (Phone or Video)  

A relaxed discussion to learn more about your background, treatment style, and answer questions about how EnTouch operates. We also review expectations, safety protocols, and scheduling structure.

3. Practical Evaluation  

You’ll demonstrate your clinical skills in a working session so we can see your technique, body mechanics, professionalism, and treatment flow. This is about real-world therapeutic ability—not perfection.

4. Onboarding & Documentation  

Once selected, we complete credential verification, agreements, and review policies covering safety, conduct, equipment use, and mobile procedures.

5. Guided Start  

You’ll receive your EnTouch equipment, technology setup, and workflow training so you feel confident before seeing clients independently.

Q: How does mobile massage differ from working in a clinic  

A:  Mobile therapy allows you to focus on one client at a time without the fast-paced clinic environment. You’ll deliver personalized, therapeutic care in the client’s home while maintaining full professional standards.

Q: Will I have to transport equipment? 

A: Yes. Therapists must be comfortable safely lifting, carrying, and setting up a portable massage table and equipment. EnTouch provides the table and supplies, but therapists must be physically able to manage transport independently.

Q: Do clients help carry equipment?  

A: No. For liability and safety reasons, clients are not permitted to assist with equipment at any time.

Q: What are the vehicle requirements?  

A: Therapists must have a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance to travel to appointments.

Q: Is safety taken seriously in a home setting?  

A: Absolutely. EnTouch has clear safety protocols, client screening procedures, and zero-tolerance policies for inappropriate behavior, unsafe environments, or substance use. Therapists are always empowered to leave a situation immediately if they feel uncomfortable.

Q: What kind of massage work is expected?  

A: Our focus is therapeutic, recovery-based bodywork — not spa-style relaxation. Sessions emphasize pain relief, functional movement, injury recovery, and clinical intention.

Q: What should I expect from the work environment?  

A: Every home is different. Therapists must be adaptable to varying spaces, stairs, pets (when secured), and room layouts while maintaining professionalism and treatment quality.

Q: How is scheduling handled?  

A:  Appointments are managed through our booking system, allowing you to view your schedule, client notes, and treatment details in advance.
